REFUND POLICY

At Haute Kulture, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition;

  • In original, unopened packaging;

  • Free from signs of wear, tampering, or use.

Non-Refundable Items Include:

  • Used or opened beauty and personal care products;

  • Items marked as final sale;

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Return Process:
To initiate a refund request, the customer must:

  1. Submit a request in writing to info@hautekulture.com, including the order number and reason for return;

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from Haute Kulture;

  3. Return the product at their own expense, using a trackable shipping method.

Returned items must be received before a refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Claims for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Upon review, a replacement or refund will be issued at Haute Kulture’s discretion.

Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Haute Kulture is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
